Congrats.. Looks really sharp.. Nissans Navi is really sweet. Especially the hard drive & CD ripping capability. You'll love it. It's going to be in the mid 40's here this week in MN so I just may break down and take mine out of hibernation.

Thanks -- I reckon I should stop complaining about Winter to a Minnesotan

Your's is the first red roadster I've seen -- it looks very sharp -- so you guys get to spring in like June?

I've been riding around this week with the top down right at 39~45, as long as I have a hat, heated seats on, heater on high, I'm good.....

My daughter lives in Hampton and I'm driving out there in May on a 2 week road trip with the "Z" then heading up to the Shenandoah park for some hiking and touring of the Virginia wine country. I can hardly wait to go.

Come on, Zelda the "Z" (Note I have a Ram called "Helga the Hemi")

I've found it hard to compare the ZR to the MX-5 (it was a soft top Sport Touring as well). Obviously, the MX-5 was darn near perfectly balanced and pretty much is a "street legal go-kart" -- I had driving confidence in that car that I don't yet have in the Z -- THAT SAID, everyone I've spoken to said once you get thru the break-in period, and just start driving the car like a sports car should be driven, both the handling and the confidence will come.....stay tuned....

Sounds like a greart road trip -- I think our first road trip is to "Z Days" in NC the end of May -- I think there is a separate thread on that event, you should check it out.

That is a nice color. I went back and forth between the Black Cherry and the White. May regret the darker color when it comes to keeping her clean and road chips - but for now I like it. I don't think there is an ugly 370Z - but some jump out at me more than others.

Sweet looking Z - enjoy.

I love when I'm at a light and put my top down in traffic ppl just stare like their watching a scene from Transformers. lol So far I've been getting compliment from older ppl.
I got Black Cherry as well! Congrats! I was trying to think up a name toooo-let me know what you end up with. I am drawing a blank.

This was a BIG trade-up from my first convertible which was a 2009 Mazda MX-5 -- I'm extremely happy with the decision. This is my FIRST Z.

P.S. About 20F when we took the pics last Sunday -- but needed to get some pics with the top down before the next snow...<grin>

Nice car...but "BIG TRADE UP".... I don't think so. Objectively speaking there pros and cons for both cars, although yes I would say the Zed squeazes out a few more pros. In my opinion I wish the Z had a folding hardtop roof, although the ragtop I must say does look great. Congrats.

Thanks NickNick -- some "context" to "BIG TRADE UP" -- $25K Car -> 46K Car; 167 HP -> 323 HP; 2L -> 3.7L; just to name a few. Don't misunderstand, I'm not disparaging the MX-5 -- great roadster, great feel, but different league than my Z Roadster.

Just got back from ZDayZ, what a blast -- car performed magnificently!

I think a hardtop might be a decent option, but not sure what it would do to the car from a weight & balance perspective.....

Thanks for the kind words.
