took delivery,nismo oil cooler on back order
 

finally picked up my z its been at the dealership for a week waiting for the oil cooler,i asked my salesman to check status of nismo cooler,said on back order for a week so i picked up the car yesterday,figure i,v got to do gental break in miles anyway.drove 110 miles in 110^temps yesterday no problem with oil temps:icon17:

Congrats and enjoy the your new Z. I strongly advise to drive it easy till the break-in period has passed then open it up on a good stretch of road. Safely of course. good luck!

How much was the price on your oil cooler? I had talked to one Nissan service department which quoted $780.00 for the NISMO oil cooler.

sorry i don't know,after reading this forum and test driving a z ,i told the dealer to include the nismo cooler with my deal, i heard $800-$1000 installed.btw my cooler is on backorder should be in this week.

It's not really necessary unless you track your car. Save about $400 and learn a little about your car in the process.
