Another New Nismo Owner
 

Hi Guys,

Just picked up my new 2010 MB Nismo tonite. I'll post pics tomorrow when there is daylight. Bought the car at Marlboro Nissan in Massachusetts.

Funny thing happened on the ride home in the Nismo. As I was driving down one of the main roads in the town next to where I live, I see a convertible 911 Porsche coming in the opposite direction. As we approached one another, the Porsche driver gives me a wave. I did not know the driver, so the only thing I can assume is that he thought I was driving another Porsche. I got a little chuckle out of that.

I've been reading the forum for about a month. Great stuff here. Lots of good info (e.g. the spring spacers on the Nismo front springs - had to show the dealer the forum thread - sure enough they had to remove them after already prepping the car), lots of good folks.

lol trust me if I could afford a porsche I would... sadly I have yet to plant my money tree in the backyard. I will soon enough, just have to wait for spring time again...

have a nismo too, issue you should be aware of is the paint in the seem between the rear bumper and the right and left rear quarter panels will get smashed out and chip since the gap is too small. get it fixed BEFORE this happens, trust me.
