Update:

The shop took it for a test drive. It drives well but it popped a check engine light on. Fuel trims look good so the tune is good. It seems like it may have a vacuum leak. They are doing a smoke test. Boost was at 8.5 pounds

Great news guys! They found the leak and then went for a run and no more codes or problems! They said it was the fastest 370z they have ever tested. Here are the pics. On my way to pick it up! Will update with video later. It’s running great and zero problems. Going to get a custom tune from scratch on June the 7th. The canned tune is running great but would like a custom tune.

VQs are tricky to tune and I wouldn’t want just anyone building the tune from scratch.

On a topic listed above, the location of the MAFs is the primary problem with the Stillen kit. They are preSCer which basically means the ECU has no clue what temperature air it is receiving.
You were right on target! The file was locked from stillen and you can’t change the values or improve on the stillen canned tune. On June the 7th a tune shop that is approved by Uprev in Portland will get rid of the stillen can tune and make one from scratch. The stillen tune is running good so far.

So on the way home THIS happened! Cuts out at every light or stop sign. Can’t go over 3000rpm or the fuel starts cutting and popping. It was fine when I picked it up but 20 minuets later it went in some limp mode. Check engine light will go on with the cuts at 3000rpm or close to it. But as soon as I go under 3000rmp the check light turns off. My clean Nismo was black with sut in the back bumper and below wing. So over this.

UPDATE: Had nothing to do with the tune. The cupler
Came off and tons of air was escaping causing the car to run super rich and go into a limp mode.
After I discovered the problem it runs fine. Also the exhaust is fine 2. So again was not the tune. Was tons of air open. Below post is a picture of how I found it. Need to get better straps. Also the wires they ran for boost and the 2 other gauges is kinda in the way. Had to take strut bar off to get it back together.

Use a little hairspray on the pipe when you put it back on. It’ll make that stick real well.

I also recommend t-bolt clamps over worm driven screw clamps cuz they can chew up the silicone.

What changes did you make to the exhaust? Did you remove the factory cats? If so, the black on the car is still unburnt fuel. The cane tune from Stillen is likely rich since most can tunes are conservative.

Ok as soon as I put the cupler that came off back together everything is fine. Since that coupler came off, the car ran way to Rich causing the sut. There was zero sut when I picked the car up or half way home at the gas station. The Black sut started coming out when the cupler came off. It runs great now and ran 10lbs boost. All is well. Stillen said not to take off the stock cats so there still on there. Injen cat back exhaust is what I have. Thank everyone for the great help!

Thanks! Such good advice! I will get the new straps also if it comes loose at all again I will do the hairspray trick!

On another note I will upload a video of the custom gauges plus setup and exhaust.
