New 2014 PW 370Z Nismo Owner
Hey guys, just picked up a 2014 pearl white Nismo with a little over 15K miles on the clock. Picked it up from a dealer in VA. I owned a 2014 C63 Coupe and decided to trade it in for a more drivers-oriented car... I was seriously not disappointed. This car feels fantastic around curves and bends! The valving in the stocks shocks are phenomenal for an OEM application. I’ve been a lurker on the site since November so I think I’ve gotten the jist of what to expect from these cars. The car is a certified pre-owned, so I decided to get the extended bumper to bumper warranty with it... You guys think the warranty was worth it? From what I’ve read nothing really goes wrong with Zs other than little naggles here and there. I just figured ‘just in case,’ you know

Thanks guys! Speaking of warranties, in your experiences, is Nissan generally lenient when it comes to modifications? I don't plan on doing much to the car under warranty, aesthetically or performance-wise... Probably some adjustable sway bars and endlinks, maybe some under braces and a Z1 intake. Ideally, I'd want to get that Z1 intake, Motordyne headers with HFC, an exhaust of some kind, and a dyno tuned uprev... However, that warranty doooeeeee lol

I haven’t taken many pics of the car yet. I dabble in photography, so I’m waiting for this weekend to do a mini shoot lol I’ll be sure to post up pics after the shoot lol
PS I’ve already taken that ridiculous front red strip off lol. I like the red accents everywhere else on the car, but the one on the front bumper just felt forced... Like it was an afterthought. Other than that, all I’ve done to the car is swap out the interior filament bulbs and front and rear turn signals with LEDs Last edited by Nando_514; 04-04-2018 at 10:06 AM. |
