Replace it or drill it out ... or wait for RJM to release their heavy duty master cylinder which comes with a kit that removes the restrictor entirely. Search the forum for 'clutch restrictor' - not sure there's a whole lot of info on the master kit yet. But there are several threads on the restrictor.
