New Cen Cal Z owner
I've always been a Honda guy but after test driving a few S2K and the BRZ I decided on the Z. A part of me still ache for the NSX though. But the Z is the better decision I think. A brand new car plus warranty.
The BRZ was nice but the power just wasn't there for me to spend 30k after tax. The S2K were pretty beat up. I couldn't find a clean one for 30k. The NSX, it's nice and beautiful but I couldn't justify spending that much money for an almost 20 year old car. So the Z it is! Got her with 3 miles on the odo, it's been sitting at the dealer in the showroom for about 4 months. When I went to go see her the battery was dead from sitting so long. Lol. I got the 6mt base model. I didn't care for Nav and Bose. I had Nav on both my Evo and Sti and didn't use them much. Oh and mine is a 2015. It came with lighted Z kick plates, Nismo carpet, trunk mat and the home link rear view mirror.
Here's a shot of her at some random ghetto place. Yeah. I'll remove the flares when I get the chance. Thanks! Last edited by wanderer1234; 09-01-2015 at 03:00 AM. |

I've always wanted a NSX but got the Z instead due to the rediculous price of the NSX. I'm cheap and couldn't afford a 60k car that's anywhere from 10-20 years old. I drove the Z and fell in love with it so I pulled the trigger however it's weight was one thing I've always complained about.
After buying the Z, I drove my buddy's 93 NSX and wasn't to fond of it. It felt numb and old, kind of like my old Honda Civic. For some reason I felt the S2000 felt better than it. Maybe it was because it's an older NSX. Anyway, I knew that I needed a S2K to complete my collection. So I went out and looked for a white with red interior. I finally found one and bought it. I still love my Z but the S2K is its whole 'nother animal. Lol. I guess my reasoning was. I'd rather have two cars vs one. Last edited by wanderer1234; 11-15-2015 at 10:02 PM. |
