Default new nismo

I have had my 09 Nismo for about 2 months now. Trying to be a good owner and break the engine in properly on the first 1200 miles and keep it under 4k rpms. This has been violated slightly by me though. The car is tight in the corners and feels good. Lots of good stares from others as I cruise by.

Awesome, grats!...............and I would have worried about you had you not "violated" the Nismo.

Tell us all about your opinion of the ride on the street after 1200 miles.....................................

Don't worry, I'm in the same boat. I took it easier than I truely wanted to, but I didn't follow the book verbatum. For about the first 500 miles I kept it under 4K, varied the gear, etc. After that it was a gradual increase with an occasional quicker shift and higher rpm pull. I waited until 1200 miles to redline it, but I had easily hit 6.5K before hand. It's soooooo hard to go slow in her

Enjoy your new car, although I'm sure you already do... and yes, PICS!
