Hello – Duster from Orange County, CA. I am a new 370Z 2013 Touring Roadster owner. Thinking about the ordering the K&N 69-7078TS 69 Series Typhoon Air Intake Kit. Also, I have a scratch on the bumper. I got a quote to have it fixed for $300.00 which seems a little pricy. Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on these items?

congrats on the purchase, as far as the quote i would check elsewhere that is too pricey for a scratch

Lots of places to go for that in SoCal. You might want to check around you first. Lots of reputable shops have experience with those things being in Cali.
