First Post, Owner of G and Z
Hi Everyone, I'm 25, and from the Central Valley in CA. I bought a Manual 2014 Pearl White Base w/sport package back in April this year from Nissan of Elk Grove. I had been desperately wanting one for a couple years.
I am still just as excited as I was when I first got her, I can't get over how hot she is.... I always look forward to taking her for a drive, it never gets old. I look back to check her out everytime I get out, and I cant take enough pictures of her haha When I went to test drive her I didn't have much experience driving stick, I barely even knew the basics. So it was pretty humiliating going for the test drive, and driving home.(which was an 1&1/2 hours away)Although it at least never died on me so that's good. I really wanted the Z to be a manual and was determined to learn how to drive it really well. It took a while to get really smooth with it but after reading about taking out the clutch helper spring on the forum it made a HUGE difference. So thankful for that. But no matter what at least she was always a sexy looking car I also have a 2011 auto Obsidian Black G37S coupe. I love her as much as I did the day I got her. I just have a bit more fun with the manual Z. I feel like the auto-lag is pretty bad in the G. But with the Z it's instant response. I miss the Bluetooth and the Navi and all that fancy stuff in my G that's not in my Z. But the extra money would not have been worth it, and I honestly like the cloth seats in the Z better then the leather ones in my G. I also like how the interior is entirely black. In my G my black interior is actually grey from over the dash and up if that makes sense. I also love how much more compact and lower to the ground the Z is. It's about the same width but sooooo much shorter in length then the G. Also it's nice having white for a change instead of black. It looks cleaner for longer in my opinion. I don't see many other 370s in my area but I love it when I do, it's nice seeing another one drive by, I just think, wow does my car really look that good?!!??! I love both my pretty ladies very much, even though I like driving my Z a bit more even though I feel bad saying it. Like my G will get jealous.... So now that this has turned into a long essay I just wanted to tell everyone how much I love my Z!!! And my G too of coursethanks to the forum for helping with the helper spring, questions about buying, tint, clear bras, tips on driving stick and plenty more... Hope the pics work Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You have the yin and the yang of nissan. The z is way more fun to drive. The g is too heavy. I have a g37 as well. Two diff cars altogether. Color choice Btw is top-notch.
