New 370z owner in NC
 

Just wanted to introduce myself to the board because I am sure I'll be spending a lot of time here. Already spent a lot of time researching these cars on here. My name is Craig and I live in North Carolina and just purchased my first Nissan, a 2009 370z. Prior to this I've always been a GM guy and after owner a couple LS1 F bodies I didn't think there was an engine out there as good as an LS1 but these VQ engines seem to be really great engines.

More about the car its a stock 2009 370Z touring that I am hoping to make a couple mods too. The ultimate goal will be to get the car into the 12's in the 1/4 mile and just be a fun daily driver which seems to be possible with these cars with the right mods. Anyways just wanted to say hi and introduce myself.

congrats welcome. hope your ready for mods to double in price :P

Thanks and yea, I figured that out. Aftermarket parts seem to have a premium car tax similar to corvettes but I have to say after driving this car for a week it will be worth it.
