Loving my new Fast Intentions Catback exhaust
 

After a patient wait from Fast Intentions for my Catback Exhaust with 18inch resonators, I took my Z for a long country ride in the hills of CT this morning. I gotta say the videos posted about this exhaust do it NO justice. This by far is the meanest sounding car I've heard in years! And im not just saying that because its mine! From the time I ordered this exhaust to delivery, Tony Meyerson from F.I. has been a complete professional. He makes an outstanding exhaust that if you are as much of a perfectionist as am I, you will order this product for your Z!!!

How loud would you say it is?

tazrek, it's loud, loud when you want it to be (18" res in both CAT/CBE) (CF)...and yet, very mellow if you soften the peddle...you've got a "13, like me so you have the syth-shift feature in your NIS, i'm assuming...THE DOWNSHIFTS ARE DA BOMB!!!...beautiful, perfectly little BIG or small tasteful "farts"...definitely fills the surrounding area (i.e. impeding stop signal) with advance notice that something 'special', something mod. is approaching...

one can roar thru that or a stop situation to show off 'the roar' (K&N intake inclusive) on take off: or mellow out thru the gears and show your pipes on the downshift with the tranny feature...

You're absolutely right about the break in period Tony! Sounds even better with time! Spring has FINALLY sprung in CT and the Z has become my daily ride now. Sounds even better now than it did before...
