Woo! Hey All! Soon to be owner here!
How goes it everyone? I've been creeping around these forums for 7months and finally decided the Z was the car for me. It was pretty much a toss-up between a 370z or a used 3series BMW. My pops drives a 7Series which is quite nice. However, since i drive alone most of the time i wanted to get a car to suit me personally. I've always been a huge sports car fan and now that i feel i have saved enuf pennies....it's time to get my Z!!!
I do have a few questions though. It seems no one has any info on the changes for 2010 so i probably wont bother to ask? The other thing i wish to discuss (which i will be discussing alot and all over these forums) is color choice. I'll either go with black and mod my headlights with the cool LEDs i saw others do here. Or I'll go with red and black out the fangs/rear valance/tint. Hope you guyz could help me out with the choices. |

I cant help you out with the color because thats a personal thing, Everybody has a different personality and will give answers based on their personality.
But as for the 2010's, the changes were listed somewhere on the forums here allready, give it a search and you'll find a couple. Good luck with your new Z! I'm supposed to get mine between now and friday, Yay! |

Also, the first 370z i ever saw was a yellow one that passed right in front of me as i was waiting at a light. I agree yellow is stunning!! It was one of the most beautiful machines I've ever seen. I also agree that black is tough to maintain; my honda is black and it looks terrible 90% of the time lol. When a black car is clean it looks slick, however maintaining it is a pain. This is why i like red just as much as the black(red much easier to maintain). I'm still sitting on the fence as far as color choice goes....wish I could get more reason to chose one color over the other. |

Sitting here staring at my MB Touring/Sport parked in the hanger next to the airplane. Absolutely love the MB but it a royal pain to keep clean. If I did it all over again, I think I'd probably go with Chicane Yellow or Pearl White. Hard to beat a detailed out MB though.

I get lazy when it comes to cleaning. I should prolly opt for the red in this case. I just wish i could see a red one sitting on a dealers lot. I've seen black up close and i LUV it. I've never been able to sit in a red one. I'll see if i can dig one up at one of the local dealers....
Also, how do u think the LED headlight mod that members Digitonium and Caravanshaka did to their Z'swould look if i put them on a red Z? I know it would look amazing on black. That mod is one of the first things i want to do to my car when i finally order one |

Whatever color you get, I highly recommend a clearbra install to protect your investment. Since color choice is a personal thing as has already been said, I would get what you like most. Whatever color you choose, you'll own a great car!
