well if your visibility of the road was blocked why not i know a friend of mine got money from the city for a stop sign that was almost completely

well if your visibility of the road was blocked why not
i know a friend of mine got money from the city for a stop sign that was almost completely covered and he hit someone bcuz of that.. actually i think they both got something from the city for it cuz its the city's responsibility to make sure that stop sign is visible |
