Hey guys,

I currently own a genesis coupe and looking to upgrade to a Z in a couple months, just want to say hi to everyone and let you know how excited I am to finally getting into a Z.

Please feel free to provide any tips what to look out for in a used Z, please feel free to chime in, this is my first time buying a used vehicle so any tips would be greatly appreciated :tup:

LOL I feel you on the gencoupe comment. The gc was an impulsive pick up and I honestly regretted that decision just a few months into owning it. It looks good (imo) and I get so much car for the money, but as the saying goes " you get what you pay for".

But ultimately it's my fault that I didn't do my due diligence to research the car prior to buying it. I'll be spending a lot time on this forum to learn from the veterans here before I pull the trigger on my Z.

Welcome man, I just got my Z a little over a week ago and all I can say is these guys were all right, u have to get the sport package, its worth its weight in gold. Where in SoCal r u located?

i still love the genny coupe, sexy and best bang for the buck. intertior was just yucky. wel=ome and congrats on the soon to be purchase

Congrats!! What color is your Z? For sure I'm looking to pick up a PW base or touring model w/sport package & 6spd. I'm in the Anaheim/Buena park area but work in Fullerton.

:hello: thanks! The gc interior works for me, i just wish it was better assembled...My 3 year old car with only 15k miles rattles and creaks like a 20 year old Honda, and that's not the worst of all its problems.

Im also in the market for a PW Z... 6spd with the sport package, would love to get in a touring with leather and nav but that maybe hard to come by as I'm looking for a low mileage vehicle and staying with in my budget of 27-28k. I saw a few members with custom leather seats so that could be something I can add later.

I never really did put a lot effort into building my genesis since I wasnt planning on keeping it. I did accumulated bunch of parts hoping to put it on a newer gc but I ended up selling all of the stuff. Here are some pics, just to share per your request, nothing fancy so please excuse my less than novice photography, I don't own a fancy camera and I don't have the skills of some of you guys on here :p
