If you plan on changing suspension and exhaust the Sport pkg is probably the way to go unless you're in love with the Nismo body kit (can always get the nismo body kit aftermarket, it's just expensive).
Really the Nismo is only good for the exclusivity factor. fwiw I have a Nismo. Would I buy it again if I had the choice? You bet.
