possible 370z roadster owner

i been looking for a 370z for a few months now and i finally found the one i want, a 2010 370z roadster touring+sport+ nav. I got the dealer down to 30k out the door with 21k miles. today will be the day whether or not i should sign the papers and pick her up. couple of questions about the z that i cant really find on the web
1. common issues with a low mileage 2010 roadster
2. must have mods i.e. CAI, exhaust

i love the car took it for a test drive, its a 7at so my wife can drive it as well.

welcome im a newbe to i bought a 2010 roadster with 5,000 miles on it with over 2 yrs warr left on it and i had them put the certified warr in the deal good to 100k might be worth looking into pearl white /wine top & interior /sport/ touring/nav/lighted sill mlds/wheel guards love the car enjoy.
