Depends on how you drive it. I'm averaging 18.3 but I drive it in traffic every day so there's lots of stop and go. Check out Fuelly.com. They're a great site for seeing the kind of gas mileage people are getting in real world situations.

I hit the freeway immediately from my house and I actually average more than the rated at about 27-28.5 mpg. Spirited driving... 18 or less.

Also. Welcome!

Highway you can get high 20's, stop and go your looking at mid to high teens.

The EPA ratings (18 city/ 26 Hwy for manual coupe) are pretty much spot on for my car.

Drove from California to Arizona, 80MPH nets me around 19.7MPG. Sadly enough, driving 60MPH on the way back nets me around 25MPG.

I am currently getting over 30 mpg... But that is because I am driving uber slow on the freeway with a spare tire (50-60 MPH). =P

With a lot of highway driving I averaged 24-26 mpg though. Really depends how you drives and how much of it is highway. I am closer to 17-20 mpg when I do a lot of city only driving.

I get 19.5 now in LA, traffic is a bitch. Used to be 18, but after the exhaust and a tune, the mpg increased even though I'm always on the performance map.

I think the less breathing restrictions there are, the easier it to breath, the more efficient the system is, the more MPG you get.

Pretty much sums it up.

I'm auto, but its close... Freeway at 75MPH I usually get 25MPG because I weave and fluctuate speeds a bit, but driving from Dallas to Los Angeles at 75MPH I was averaging 28MPH+

Right now I see 19.7MPG average city driving, gone a bit less lead foot, but at times, the lead shoe still gets put on...
