Cool New 370 bodykits need support

I have been talking to Extreme Dimensions about a couple of my designs that I think should be on the 370s roster . They asked if I had any support for the kits yet I said no . I made this account to get that support check these 2 out and vote on your favorite.

Up first is the retro with modified headlights to bring back original Z styling as well as a subtle body with clean lines for the classic Z enthusiast.

Next is my Outrage design. This kit is not all show every passage through the front fascia serves as a directed passage for air cooling for: oil coolers, front brakes, intercooler, and air filters

Pleas support these designs so we can push the envelope of Aero design
Thanks, Joe. mastervisionary@gmail.com

I have worked with ED before... it's not to bad... however, they want a lot of money for the molds so if you are looking to own the design, be preapred to have money for that...

as for the designs... well, I will say this, your artistic ability is great.. your designs however, are not so spectacular... I say this as a fellow designer... you have potential...
my suggestion to you, if be original, and come up with some more angles/views.

I have a kit I have set aside for when I can afford the molds, and I am also bringing a hood out here very shortly...

I've never been a fan of glue-on body kits.

personally i like both, cant decide either or because both look good and add a certan quality to the overall original design of the 370 that really embodies it. i seem to be drawn more towards the first design but cant seem to let the 2nd go..

if they do come into production which im curious to see, hopefully its affordable.

i vote both.

sorry dude, too transformer for me... maybe less cuts or holes. As a graphic designer I have learned that simplicity is key

I would like everyone to look at both kits before criticizing my creativity as the first design is most definitely not" transformers" these are just two of my many designs and personally I prefer the first one myself the designs differ drastically to show my versatility in concepts . The lights in the first one make the design for me with the lights in the bumper.. another thing is all my designs are created around airflow and each opening directs air to an air filter, fmic, oil cooler or whatever you position in the stream ..thanks for the input please keep it coming

I like the retro design but with lesser cutouts. The outrage does not match the rest of the car. Did no seem original but clearly shows your interpretation of existing designs. The retro takes cues from OEM while the outrage is a spin off the amuse/fujimura with sharp cuts, angles, and cut outs.

From just a personal perspective:

I feel like the first design, perhaps made a bit more subtle, would have better suited the NISMO. I don't like the retro headlights as I'm actually a big fan of sharp angular design. Needs less cutouts, but since it pretty much is the stock front with more cutouts, I can't really say if this will show much change. The sideskirts make more sense (I don't know why the designer had them point the paint side toward the ground...)

The second design, looks pretty cool. I'm sure the ducting could be very useful. I cannot stand eyelids, though. Is that a T top? uh. why? There's way too much going on, and I'm not sure you're actually getting much aerodynamic benefit, mostly a show benefit so you could show off a massive intercooler or something.

However, as an engineering student, a lot of things kind of stand out...

Both designs have a lot of components which introduce fresh air to the engine bay and related accessories. There must be some engineering involved to avoid massively increasing drag because you actually have TOO much "ducting." Also, with that much ducting, you might end up lowering downforce on the front end, which is bad if the kit is any good for aerodynamic purposes versus just show.

If you look at outrage the hood vents are pushed forward to allow air to flow up over and out

And retro I saw this 79 that sparked that design and it was meant to be just that the way the bumper lights were on this old Z evolved into what you see and it was intended to look nearly OEM the skirts are smooth no drama the entire design is it for me

And as far as the t-tops y not they were on every Z until the Z33

Not really a fan of either one honestly. I think making changes to the lights though may look cool, 1. Makes it look like a 350 and 2. People usually want kits that can be swapped like pop the old bumper off put the new one on. That first one would require new lights and front panels In addition to the front which if you want to do it is awesome, but I feel like it's more common for people to just change a bumper or side skirts and not a whole kit.
