Cool Buying a 370z or Mustang

Hey! I'm new to this forum/370z.

I've been around sports cars, muscle cars and tuners all my life since I come from a family of pretty well off doctors, surgeons that like collecting cars and bikes (in my close family we have a 2011 WRX Sti, 2 door BMW3, Honda S2000, genesis coupe, a jag and some others)

I'm just about to graduate with my undergrad, and likely pick up a nice cushy job a couple states away (SoCal). So I decided I'd finally pick up a nice car and take a few years off to work before grad school.

I've pretty much narrowed my choice of car down to a 2010-2013 370z or a 2010-2013 Mustang. Has to be under >35k so I'm not making payments for 10 years.

Any other car suggestions would be welcome also, I'm looking for a coupe that is good looking and fast with good handling. I prefer acceleration, handling > top speed as it seems more practical for "fun" car.

Go with the 370z. Light, quick, and handling just grips the road. Test drive em and you should be able to come to a conclusion.

Either's a good choice but it all depends on your particular needs.

I would recommend test driving both if you haven't and go from there

I have had a Z for a few months now and I just test drove a '13 Mustang GT Premium w/ Track package.

Both are great cars I would not regret owning either of them. The Z feels more like a true sports car while the GT feels like a muscle car.

I like the looks of my Z better and IMO it's more fun to drive. The Mustang is really nice I loved the track apps but if I had to do it all over again I would still choose the Z.
