@Cmike2780, you are correct, I did not quite sell the RX-8. I still love it though. Both are used for everyday driving but are driven hard occasionally. I also think that Mazda also failed on the cooling for the RX-8. After normal driving it seems to be too hot. Maybe it is the TX sun/heat but it still seems odd. And I cannot argue with the fact that brakes, suspension and cooling are critical to running the RX-8 hard and I do plan to upgrade all 3 with time. I will most likely upgrade cooling, air intake and exhaust at the same time and will ensure a flash tune ensues. Brakes, suspention and the pully will be done together shortly after.
I will only upgrade the Z's exhaust and intake before the RX-8 is finished being tuned. Once the RX-8 is tuned then it will be time to splurge myself on the Z. I am no expert, not by a long short, thats why I am on here. |
