It sounds like english isn't his first language. The whole thing probably stems from not being able to understand what the guys at GTM were saying....not to mention I'd be pretty surprised to find a shop that would rather ship products rather than allow someone to pick them up.

Maybe ease up with piling on the guy. PowerAXEL isn't well known here, but they are pretty reputable amongst the genesis crowd...

Especially given how liberally harassment is interpreted here...probably wise to back off...

That being said they should of never brought there troubles hear misleading people beacause they misunderstood. IMO harassment and facts are two different things.

The OP isn't the person we were communicating with. We were talking to Miguel, who doesn't have the slightest foreign accent.

As far as how we choose to conduct our business, we used to be in a different facility with a cash register, showroom, etc. We've moved away from that business model and mainly do R&D and manufacturing. We don't even have a sign on our building because we got tired of all the tire kickers wasting our time.

interest in getting involved in any of the GTM vs shop XYZ threads.

It sounds like something got lost in translation, perhaps between employees of powerAXEL, and through no fault of yours. It is really irrelevant to me. All I care about is making sure the guys that are valuable contributors to the site don't get dragged into the mud-slinging and get punished.

Honestly coming on to a Z forum where GTM is highly respected and saying they treat customers badly is not mature.

Excuse me if I missed the part where we told you to "frak off". Because we didn't and we were not rude either. We were 100% straight up with you. For you to join this site with the sole intention of trying to discredit us for not selling you a set of spark plugs is ridiculous at best.

I regret to inform you that the world does not revolve around you and poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on ours.
Glad to see Mike chimed in, I'm going to put this thread to bed since it looks like no further productive discussion will be had, other than members bashing OP for not being as gifted with the English language as others.
