A Noob From Eastern Washington State
Hope all you young guys and gals don't mind an old codger joining up with you (I turned 74 last month).
Back in Nov 2007 I took my Maxima in to the dealer for an oil change. My son was with me and I kept hearing something whispering my name. I looked around the show room and a Solar Orange 350Z was beckoning me. It was love at first sight and after a quick test drive, some price haggling and writing a check, the Z was in my driveway getting washed, clay barred, polished and waxed later that afternoon. It was a 4 year affair but alas a super sexy, svelte, new 2011 Silver 370 managed to capture my affections. The orange Z now lives on in my son's driveway. Not into go fast mods even though I still mash the go pedal at every opportunity but maybe I'll be able to chime in occasionally with an old guy's opinion. I still enjoy a quick trip through the twisties and if you rev at me at the stoplight it'll be on when the green lights. Just don't look for me after about 10 PM cause that's getting pretty close to my bedtime |

Welcome sir! ^_^
Too bad you missed our PNW Nissan/Infiniti Winter Meet just this last Saturday. I'm still fairly new myself also so I try to get involved as much as I can. Still much to learn for me. Hopefully you will be able make the meets near Seattle area. I know its a long shot but if you do happen to have facebook, here is our local Washington group https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/149835368420929/ If you have not done so I would also recommend joining NorthWestNissans.com Try to keep March open. There is a big meet that happens in that month every year. I dont think there is a set schedule yet but NWN should have that information and its pretty hard to miss that thread. Enjoy your new ride!
