Time has come
Whats going on guys, i'm new here so welcome welcome thank you thank you.
Finally my friends i have sold my 2010 Scion Tc and the time to get the Z has come but like many others who are waiting, we are desperate to see what the 2012 will bring. I don't want to make the same mistakes 2010 Mustang buyers did and now are pulling their hair because the 2011 Mustang came 5.0. I would kill my self if i spend 40k on a 2011 and 2012 has drastic changes being in body or engine or even colors. What you guys think, i don't even want to go to a dealer because they might pull me over into buying a 2011. |

I don't expect much in changes. Usually a new color and some added options. The 5.0 was not a well kept secrete so anyone who bought a 2010 GT didn't even do the research and that's their fault. If big changes were happening with the Z there would be spy shots and "unconfirmed" reports on C&D, R&T, and Edmunds.

One has to wonder about the liklihood that a new model/new features/new technology will be introduced for the 2012 model year given the fact that the Z is made in Japan. I'm guessing...not a chance.

i think the only potentially for power increase was from making the car direct inject correct? wouldnt they introduce that into their G series ininity before the Z? Personally with everything that happened in Japan even if they kept the 2012 a secret and it has a decent power upgrade i think they would end up pushing it back to like a 2013 model. But so far i think most of us have really only heard that the 2012 is getting a minor extirior an some interior changes. I'm sure pictures will be out later this year by then you can either decide to get the 2012 or save big on a 2011

Thanks Guys, I'll be driving my girls car for a while but hopefully somewhere around August the 2012 will come out. If no changes are made, ill probably be trying to find a 2011 to save and get some nice mods for it.
