Introduction

Figured its time for a quick intro on myself.

Im a newly graduated mechanical engineer working as a design engineer for GE Aviation, mostly on external configurations tasks for a particular jet engine we produce. Previous to college, I was active duty Air Force and worked as an Avionics Technician on F-16s (think flight controls, radar, weapons systems, comm/nav, electronic warfare, counter measures, etc..). Currently, I reside in Ohio and I am a member of the Ohio Air National Guard.

I have worked on cars all my life, but really started enjoying it when I started to tinker with 240sx/sr/rb swaps and setups, this is where I fell in love with Nissan. I have always been a Z car fan, but was intimidated by the cramped engine compartment of the Z32, never had the money to get into a Z33 (college), and after graduating college I picked up a Z34. Would love to also someday build a good ole 240z.

Currently I have a stock 2009 6MT Base, but due to some tornado damage and Nissan providing a serious incentive, tomorrow I will be the proud owner of a 2010 Pearl White 6MT Base + Sport that is still sitting in the showroom.

Im really impressed with the overall respect and maturity of the boardmembers, keep it up!

Welcome! I go to Peebles to support engine tests on occasion. The main Hwy is usually patrolled heavy but there is some fun side roads to play on….I'm always in a rental car thinking….. crap having my Z here could be fun.
