How do I put on a profile pic and upload a photo having hard time

Computer is off and on IPad will try tomorrow or should I say later today

Profile picture:
-go to "user cp" located on the bottom left of tool bar at the top
-tool bar at the left click "edit profile picture"
-click "browser" locater towards the bottom
-pick a photo you have saved on your computer the click "save changes

pictures/albums:
-go into user CP
-tool bar located on the left, click "pictures and albums"
-at the bottom left, click "add album"
-put title and desciption then click "submit" at the bottom
-at the bottom left click "upload picture" then click "browse"
-select a photo for each browser slot until your finished then click "upload browser"
