To upload pics to your profile:

1st Click on your album/make album
2nd Click upload Pics
3rd Click browe
4th Find pic you want
5th Click on pic
6th Click upload pic

The site has plenty of great people and information, just don't forget to look around and use the search/advanced search before starting a new thread or posting questions.
