Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I purchased a 2010 370z 40th Anniversary in May. So far its been pretty good to me. I have ran it in a few SCCA time attack events and at the drag track twice. Its a fun little toy. Trying to think what I truly want to get out of it and then start building. Currently have Stillen Ultra Long Tube intakes and GT Haus Meisterschaft Titanium exhaust with mid-pipe. Will see where I go from there.
My background; I have been racing everything from BMX to Rock Crawling buggies my entire life. Racing seems to just be in my blood. I started racing cars about 9 years ago and go pretty serious into it. Then I purchased a Jeep to just have as a beach cruiser in the summer, and well I got addicted to rock crawling it and it soon progessed into an all out comp buggie. Over the years I have built race cars and rock buggies from the ground up including chasis design and fabrication and motor building. I am a Master TIG/MIG welder and ASE certified in powertrain and drivetrain. I ran an offroad fabrication company for 5 years until moving and selling my portion of the company to my best friend who I was in business with. Well thats about the jist of it. |

My philosophy, it is no big deal to spend $20 to support a forum/community that you plan to support and get support from. Its only $20 and will be put to good use I am sure.
These days, work has me strapped. I travel a lot. For example, I just went to Hawai'i for two weeks for work, I know it seems like a vacation, and it believe me it was, but I did have to work some. Now, next week I head to Germany for two weeks. No complaints, but it gets old. I am still building 3, 4, and 5 link suspensions for drag cars/trucks and rock crawlers, custom axle assemblies, and roll cages. It is more for fun and the enjoyment of it than anything now. I don't have quite the amount of tools and shop that I did, but I get by pretty easily. Been dabbling in powder coating a bit, but haven't had much time to really play with it. |

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. Pics and video will come up as time allows. I didn't buy the 40th to see the miles stay low. Every decent day that we have I drive it. I will be the guy that makes everyone else's 40th be worth more if they ever become a collector type car. I've had it since May and haave 13k on it. No need to just watch it sit and collect dust. |

Wow, 13k in 8-9 months! I didn't think you could put that many miles on a car in Delaware. You must have driven it to Hawaii when you went!
Welcome to forum. Nice bunch of enthusiasts here. Even the guys with the Mustangs ;-)
