Retighten your lug nuts.

Did you buy the wheels new? Were they properly balanced?

Yea go to Nissan and get alignment and tires balanced. I just got new tires and didn't get them installed at a shop where they could balance/align, was on highway yesterday and experienced some vibration. It's normal.

while vibration does't mean something is horrible wrong with your car, its not normal. vibration in your steering wheel means that your wheels/tires are out of balance and/or you need hubcentric rings and don't have them installed. its most likely the tires being out of balanced tho. the shop that installed the tires should rebalance them for free if you call them soon enough after. obviously they didn't do it properly. i had tires installed not too long ago and there is no vibration whatsoever at any speed.

Did you put hub centric rings before putting the rims? This will cause the car to shake after a certain speed.

all aftermarket wheels don't necessarily require hubcentric rings. if the wheels have the proper bore for the car, they are not required and won't fit
