Banks require prof of insurance, not dealerships.

So if you pay cash, technically you really don't need to prove that you have insurance.

I would think especially if its a dealer to dealer sale.

the problem is that he bought the car personaly with my money!

and he insured for 10 days only, because he was planing to ship the car ASAP.

the last update now, is that i will talk to him in this weekend. and i will see how much he can pay, and the rest of the amount he will pay them to monthly.

i will call the police station, and thanx for providing me the no.

i need your prayers guys.

Good luck, bro. I hope everything works out and you are able to get all of your money back quickly.

does an email agreement considered as a legal agreement in the US?

Coz i will send the guy an email written in it that he will pay for me the amount as a monthly installments. and i will make him acknowledge the email!

best way to do it here is to send him an email form of the agreement clearly stating all terms, late payment penalties, who pays the transfer fees for the money, things like that have him print it, take to a bank here and have it signed and notorized then have him mail it to you Notorization here means that a witness an official and him all sign it and then the press a steel die into the paper to certify beyond a doubt this his @$$ really did sign it and then you have him by the balls if he decides to bail on the aggreement.
