I hope he finds a way to fork out $20,000.00 by next month. Don't forget that our economy is not as good as before. Banks are also pretty strict about loans nowadays.

I might not be understanding this but it seems like your asking us to help that guy buy a car to send to you? He will then make the payments on it? You wouldnt even own the car if and when he payed it off, and have to trust him to make the payments. No way dont do it, do not settle for this. I would rather spend another 30k on lawyers sending this guy to jail knowing hes someones b**ch. Cried on the phone HAH!

no, my idea was if that he can buy a car and then send it to me ( change the title to my name) and the he payback installments to the dealer bank... etc

but anyways, since he sent me 12k. i told him send me his car which we will count for 10k

and the remaining 10k he will pay me back as installments (1500/monthly)

and i hope i finish from this problem soon!

NOPE!! For the last 5 months i was trying to get my money back!! i only arranged to get 12K from the 32k!!

well the guy told me that he dont have money, so i told him to ship his personal car for me!! and every time he postpone to another day!! i had enough so i arranged the shipping by myself!! and he should ship the car by next week!!

:S i am really tired form this!! i spent allot of money on international calls and this guy keep playing with me :S

you should use skype for your international calling. it works better than a landline.

i used skype and some other applications in the I Phone, but they are not that clear.

if i raise a claim on this guy in the GA Police dept, would they do anything?

well, i thought of sending email to GA Police and tell them my story.

i dont know if they will do anything but i should try. plus he just got his American passport!! i guess there should be a probation period for one year after getting his new passport and he should be afraid that i report him to the police!!

i really want to threatening him in a way that he will be afraid and give me my money back!!

anyone have evil thoughts?
