Default one midlife crisis after another

I really do like my poor man sports car-perfer a 911 turbo but this works for now I am eye balling a performance exaust system and high flow catylitic converters-is that a bad idea? Stock speakers are poor-would upgrading the speakers help the sound much without putting in a new reciever?
