Entering the Z world
Hello and Thanks!
I'm a long time car fanatic. First car was a 75 Capri. Made me appreciate European cars. Then went through some Mustangs, a Camaro and a few other forgettable ones. I especially want to forget an Olds Firenza with the worst manual transmission ever made. The first new car I bought was an 88 Acura Integra. Great car. Since then I have had many bimmers (first was a 318ti and I must have been one of the few to luv it) and several Lexus. Can not seem to keep anything for more than a couple of years now a days Coolest car was a Pure Silver / Lapis Blue Mini S. After an endless wait, I was the sixth person in SC to get one. Such a crazy car for the money that was so unique at the time. Hauling kids around made me regretfully dump it. When my dad sold me the Capri when I was 16, he got a 200sx. Not a Z, but still a fun car that made me envy Z drivers. I loved Zs but never dipped in. Father-in-law had 8 Zs starting with a silver 260 and ending with a red 350 vert. Still a Nissan man driving a Maxima. I guess it is more comfy for someone in their 70's. Enough of the boring bio. Thanks to all who post here. I have learned so much in no time at all. Can not wait to pick up my silver 370 and join the Z family. |

Yep. Any recommendations on a dealership. I have been talking to a pretty cool kid over at Pinnacle. He is a big Z fanatic himself.

I was, now I am only a semi-fanatic at best. Was nuts about it when I lived in the Carolinas and now that I am in Phx, lots of other things moved up the list.
Two of my favorites now are jeeping and skiing: Can't wait to start modding the Z. The JK has been a blast to work on. |

I wish I could board as well. Done it a few times and figured I am too old to switch from skis. Just way to much work for me where I can cruise all day on skis.
The boards are my sons. Thanks - I am psyched about the Z and appreciate all the help. |
