New member from NC

First, I want to thank you guys for sharing so much information. This forum really helped me make a purchase on a used Z.

About 3 years ago, I was saving for a 350Z, but my financial situation changed suddenly. I had to use the money for basic living expenses so that I could go back to school. Now that school is over, I have a real job again with a real paycheck.

As the 350Z is 10-15 years old now, I started looking for something newer. After considering other models like the Camaro and Challenger, I came back to the Z family and narrowed it down to the 370Z or Infiniti G37/Q60.

I researched options that I thought were “must haves” and found good examples of each. Finally time for a test drive! I drove a 2011 G37S with white exterior and gray interior. It was a fantastic car. It was comfortable and I could see myself driving it. The problem was that it felt sterile. It was nice but not fun.

Next, I drove a 2012 Sport Touring white on persimmon which I fell in love with. I couldn’t help but smile throughout the entire test drive. I’m currently waiting for the bank to mail me a check so I can go pick it up.

tl;dr: I’m getting a 2012 370Z in a few days and I’m excited.
