Yessir, it's SB. The color of dust doesn't translate well in iPhone photos, lol.

As far as the bike, I love biking & didn't really feel the need to buy a beater. The rack is attached via hitch receiver, so I'm not damaging the paint in any way. I've not yet bought a trailer to move wheels for track days/ autocross, but it's just another added benefit.

I'll probably have a receiver on my 370 as well.

That's cool. I know a surgeon here who's into bikes as well. He built a Carbon Fiber bike that everyone talks about but I have yet to see it in person.

cow 11-05-2008 07:01 PM

The bike pictured is Titanium. It's within a half pound of most carbon frames & is far less susceptible to frame flex & breaking.

I'd eventually like a carbon frame bike, but in buying the Ti, I decided to spend the 4k & have it last so I won't be dropping retarded money regularly. I wish I were a surgeon, lol.

In other news, where's everyone else?

4K on the bike  .. that's awesome man. I have one of the older Shimano bike which I'm too busy to drive. I used maybe twice in the summer. Now that winter is here, I have to wait another 6 months to ride it again.

Actually they are here! It's just that I kept everything public, so they can see what they need to see without becoming a member. I believe that a true enthusiast forum would allow other enthusiast fans to view the forums without any membership. I could have made everything private but then i'm not being a true enthusiast, am I? :tiphat:

I'd like to have a Z community without annoying pop ups or ads. Where fans and owners can have a good time, contribute their new ideas, learn a new thing or two, talk about their cars and enjoy their stay here.

I like the way you think. I very much look forward to being a part of this forum.

Who would've thunk two years ago that we'd be celebrating sub three dollar gas.

:(

Louisiana is good for a few things, namely great food & cheap gas.

& hot chicks.

kacz07 11-06-2008 10:26 AM

Couple stations on rt 18 are really low. Premium is like 2.40-2.45 at the BP near my house

In my area, it's still pretty expansive. If I remember correctly, it's $2.57 reg, $2.67 for 89 and $2.75 for 93 . This is so much better than $4.20 a gallon :icon14:
