Hi Guys,

Future new owner of a 2017 370z Touring Sport manual in Yellow, its at the dealer right now getting ready for delivery Friday at 1pm, can't wait.

A bit about myself, I am, yes I wail say it, don't flame...;)....a previous 2012 Eclipse GT 6MT which I had just some modifcations on it. Loved that car and would probably have taken a second look at it if they still made it today, but I have always wanted a 370z because although I liked the eclipse, its a FWD car and THAT made me realise that at a certain HP, its not as fun anymore cause the front end didn't F&*( know where it wanted to go whenever I was flooring it etc. so, I decided, next cars, if ever, will be RWD like my first car I ever bought (1980 Trans-ams)...;)...so after the Eclipse I drove a Ram 3500 dually...which did the purpose for which it was bought, but I realised I missed driving a nice car I liked. So There comes in the new Z, gave the truck in trade so I think I got a good deal even if I still owed on it...:D

Can't wait to drive it and mod it, not gonna go crazy, I never did with my eclipse and this one won't be different since its also my DD, so plans are standard CBE + HFC + intake and maybe a tune, that's it probably, but I know that the exhaust stuff will come sooner than later, its probably too quiet as it is and I'm probably partly deft by now at my age and with all the noise I submit myself to with music, motorcycles etc.

But ya, Glad to be part of the community, you guys look like a great bunch and actually happy to see you guys don't allow "kill threads" which usually end up luring egotistical users I don't really have much in common with, so far, my few months of browsing have been awesome...;)

So you'll see me here and there, hopefully not asking stupid questions already answered or necroposting...;)

Got the Car today! So happy, first thoughts are this is gonna be an awesome car, but it needs more exhaust sound...;)...hummm...those AMM short tails look cool...maybe I should...:D

Tks guys for the welcome, I tried posting a reply with the photos, but seems if I post links to photos, they need to be reviewed by admins first so the reply doesn't show yet. Anyways, I uploaded my photos on my profile album so you guys can see the new acquisition...:D

Been driving it for the last few days and its been awesome so far. I'll even dare to say this MAY BE the car I was looking for when I bought my Eclipse years ago instead of the Z and what I am saying is I may have finally found "the one" for me...:D

Welcome to the forums! IF there was any addon or questions about your new Z at all .... This place has it covered. A TONNE of knowledge in here about our Z

Tks Scott and your right, been reading a lot on it lately, just completed my first mod, The DRL mod...:D..was super easy with the DIY tutorial on here.

You're in Ottawa also, thats great, is there a lot of us on the forums from the NCR? I rarely see a Z around it seems, I know there is an Amber one near me in Gatineau. but thats the only one I know of, not sure is on the forums either.
