S2k then 2015WRX Now This!
So there was a S2k then a girl happened and I needed to get a better car for potential future plans and the S was getting old. Purchased a brand new 2015 wrx.I liked it given my price range and having to deal with 4doors. Well things fell through with the girl and the car never got a second glance when I walked away from it. It was time for a change. I was 2 weeks out from a deployment and an upset car guy with the car I was driving for the past year. All it took was one 2 hour drive to handle some business and sitting in a doctors waiting room to realize I needed change. After leaving the doctors office I was on the mission for something rear wheel drive, only had 2 seats, and was manual. After stopping at every dealership and looking around for about 2 hours I saw the Nissan dealership and remembered thinking about a 370z when I was looking to upgrade from the S but trying to be responsible. I walked in and told the guy the price range I was looking at and if he had any blue 370zs that were manual and it had to be a base if new. He said he didn't have any but he could get one the following day. A base dark blue 2016 manual. I spent the night in the area on a loaner car and at a friends house around the corner and picked he up the next day. I remember thinking on the drive home how this should have been me a year ago. It was nice to have all motor power and not have to wait for it like I did with the S or the WRX. I'm currently on deployment ordering every part I never had the time or money to put on the S. Parts shopping is what gets me through the long hard days. Hopefully I'll get to go to some of the Mid-Atlantic meets early next year after I spend a week or 2 in the garage getting her together. I had the S for about 7 years and hopped on S2KI a few times and went to a few meets. I'm familiar with the power of a forum and good people. I hope to get familiar with this car like I did the S and hopefully help out the next generation of owners. I hope to see you guys around the boards and hopefully the search function serves me well. Some day coming to a meet or track near you.

Welcome man! How do you like the 370Z over the S2k, besides the power spike? I drive an S2k, so just curious.
Let me know if you need any help with mods. Typical ones are Swift Spec R, camber arms and some spacers Welcome to the forums!
