Cool Cin City, OH.....

Hello all. My name is Shawn J and I am a sales rep for Falhaber Nissan in Cincinnati, OH. I am the owner of a 74 260Z (my baby), 1991 Sentra SE-R/Gti-R, and an 04 Sentra SE-R Spec V. I have been using the forum to educate myself and get owner feed back since well before the car was released to us here in the US. I think I may have cought the bug so I decided to register. It will either be a base sport 6spd, or Nismo. Being that we are going into winter my delimma is do it now, or wait till spring so I can actually drive it. I know I can get Blizzak's but I don't need a car to drive in the snow so why ruin the experience. Any input, opinions, or problems would be appreciated.

Thanks for listening

Awesome choice! If you have any questions on the Nismo, feel free to shoot me a PM!

Just a warning, be careful about what info you throw out there, as far as being a sales rep at the dealer. As long as you're hear as a driver/entusiast, have as much as you want, but if you wish to provide info on your dealership, be sure to check out the forum rules for do's/don'ts.

Welcome!

Welcome to the forum! I can see you are a straight up Nissan Enthusiast!

If you have some pictures of your 260z I'm sure we would all love to see!

Pictures of the 260z are a must!!
Also, I would say wait, why buy the car and then shelf it for X number of months. Plus by the spring the 2010s will be on the lots with a few slight changes or you can grab a 2009 super cheap.

Yeah thats a smart idea. I'm also thinking that they might have worked out some of these minor issues that people with 09s have encountered. I always prefer the second year model over the first.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I will get some pics of the 260Z together to post. I haven't driven it in two years since it is stored in California. I was to afraid to bring it to OH because of the winters and it is originally from Pomona CA so it has never seen this climate. I understand about the whole vendor/dealer thing and was only putting it out there for an intro.
