Hi ya from Corpus christi, tx.
Just a car lover here, no real sports car for me yet as there are too many cars I want (should try the lottery), so yeah the 370z is on the wish list. The 370z didn't appeal to me that much...until I saw the back end of one on the freeway compared to the 350z, and IMHO looks way better wider. I also guess that the porsch-ish back end look and the GT-R roof line kinda attracted me to the 370z. On top of cars, I also do guns and photography (though only a hobby). Thanks for the welcomes!

I thought the same thing about the wideness (is that a word?) when I first saw a 370 in person. I'll take another photo when I get home to show how wide the tires are too.. love the Nismo wheels

thanks for the welcomes, well tonight I was able to see a white GT-R fly by me on a bridge while driving the work van and trailer. lol I was telling my trainer/co-worker about the different GT-R that we have here in corpus christi...which is more than what I saw when I lived in concord cali for a year.
schnabdt: will you be training at the NAS-CCAD? I live in flour bluff which is basically the gateway to the island.....and your neighborhood infested drug dealers. Anyways, I'm just waiting till my mom gives me the thumbs up to help me out with financing, and there is a 7sp Montery Blue that i'm intrested in that is up in S.A..... I really love the MB color Vipor: it was a pretty funny scene when I saw my first 370z in person, I was on my way to school and on the free way a PG 370z passed me....then ironically a gray (don't know the real color) 350z was behind it. Coincidence? I think not, the PG, black, and yellow is all I have seen down here. You think you would see more 370 than GT-R here, as far as I know there is about 4-5 GT-R here Last edited by vash_241987; 11-06-2009 at 04:31 AM. |

Howdy, fellow Texan to the south! In the H, I think I've seen an equal amount of GTR vs 370z, maybe a little more Zs. So Corpus is a GTR magnet, eh?
I love the squatty back end of the 370z. What can I say, the 370Z got back! Hopefully you'll get your Z soon, b/c you're going to love driving it. What guns do you have? The high caliber gun show is coming to Houston this weekend and I am hoping to pick up a Kimber Custom 1911 stainless .45. I am bit of a gun nut my self. |
