New Z Owner in Texas

Hello everyone! So this past Saturday, I picked up my first ever Z, a 2014 Pearl White Touring Coupe w/Sports Package and Nav. Oh, and a 6MT, the first manual I've driven since 1990 when I traded in my 1985 Dodge Shelby Charger 4MT turbo.

So far I am loving the car, the color, AND especially the 6MT. Forgot how much fun it is to move through the gears...can't wait to get to 1200 miles so I can do it more "sports car" like!

I'm sure I'll be asking lots of questions as I just came from 10 years of driving Mustang GTs, an 06 I drove until 2010 when I traded it in on a black/black 2011 5.0, which I drove until last Wednesday, when I traded it on this Z.

Anyway, will poke around and offer what I can...bill

I am in West Texas, Abilene. Been living here since 1985, so not really "from" Texas...grew up just outside of St. Louis in Florissant.

Hoping to get car cleaned up this weekend and get some pics, but looks like more storms rolling in...
