I already flipped them. We were still making sure stuff fit at that point. And that was easiest to mess with. I still need to adjust the exhaust a bit too. But it may need to go on a lift to get it just right.

None of the wiring is done. I am not doing that. Having the security system/remote start, camera and amp install done at a shop. I am getting all the dyna mat done too. Then it is just a few more odds and ends and get her tuned at the dyno shop!

Keep us posted on the tune and the shop you're using. I'm still debating on a tune

Will do. I already spoke to the owner of Xactdyno in Tempe. He is an uprev tuner.

Spoke with Tim @ Xactdyno a few times, going in either tomorrow or Tuesday for my tune. I'll be posting #s -

I ordered the oil cooler from Z1 (Thanks Jon). Going to get the stereo done, put on the new badging (the Nissan emblems are chrome and the rest are satin... that is annoying!), the exhaust lined up as perfect as possible and then get her tuned. Then I am grounded from the Z. Then it is back to the Nova for a while!

Installed the oil cooler. Also swapped out bulbs for LEDs. Was supposed to get my engine cover but I missed the delivery guy.

Only a few things left to do with the car. It is gonna suck next week not having my car. It is going to be in the stereo shop most of the week getting the rest of the system install, sound deadener and security. I will drop off the strut brace at the same time to get coated. A week or so after that, tune it and she is done. My poor Nova is getting jealous anyways.

My only project today...

Dropped the Z off at the stereo shop. I was impressed with the place. And the owner drives a turbo g35 so he is a Z fan too. It will be awesome when it is done. But I have a Versa as a rental intil then. This car sucks! Need to call The dyno shop to schedule the appointment next week. Pretty exciting stuff for me.

Stereo is all done. Dynamat all done. Got the strut tower brace back too. Tuning the car monday. I received the FairladyZ 'black pearl' emblem. Then I am just waiting for the front and rear emblems. I got the tow hook but I may have it altered a bit. It is a bit too long. I want a tight, clean look. But, the car is pretty much done. Took one month and WAY too much of my money.

Here is the brace powder coated in black chrome. Hard to photograph though.

No. I talked to the folks at Z1 and they said the factory cooler stays.

After a lot of grief... I am still happier with these then stock or the flat aluminum color. The colors change as light hits them. Kinda cool.
