Don't rub it in! here in the states don't have that option available or the rear wipe.

It wasn´t my intention to rub anyone, and there´s also no reason to complain.
You are going to get the rear camera as an option for the nav or a mirror monitor, that´s even superior.
Haven´t heard of something like that for the European market yet.
If it helps you feel better, we don´t get tyre pressure monitoring and our navs don´t have harddrives or AV inputs.

I´m not into comparing d**k lengths here. I´m happy for everyone who got what he wants and what makes him happy.
I´m grateful that people are happy for me and my new Z vice versa.

And you´d all be sorry for me or laugh at me if you looked at what I had to pay for all this, compared to U.S. pricing...

I understand it has to do with your wife´s Beamer and it´s happening the next weeks, but I just don´t get the full meaning.
You coming over here?

I´m looking forward to another 3 weeks of fun insanity!

No, next years o'fest: we will be picking up the z4 over there and then hopefully also going to the ring. BMW has a program where you can pick up the car in Munich, drive in Europe for up to a month, then drop off in any of about a dozen cities. The best part is it's 7 percent cheaper price than buying at the dealer, and I am an airline pilot, so we fly for free!. Last time we went to Ofest, we stayed at a small b&b in Hohenschaftlarn.

Ok, got it now, thanks!
Sounds like a plan.
On your job, do you fly over here from time to time or mostly domestic?
If you´re flying into Munich on the job and not only as an o´fest pax, chances are we already talked.
I´m a Munich TRACONtroller.

I used to fly in there, but I have moved on to the ultra long haul stuff now. Asia, India, S Africa, Mid East and Australia (Delta air)
