3 and half month wait, got my Z!

Finally got the darn thing! Been around here since May because thats when I ordered my car, never had a car until just now!

the quality of it is amazing, wow! I didnt sit in a sports touring model when i made my decision to buy - this one is awesome!.

I had to wait so long because, get this, the splash guards are back-ordered!!! My Z was in LA for 1 month and 1 week awaiting the installation of splash guards. I told the dealer after I found that fact out, to ship the damn thing to me and forget the splash guards, so they did!

and when it arrived, I watched them wash another new car, and they dipped a dark brown (dirty) cloth mitt into water, and then started washing a dirty car. (no pre-rinse or pre-watering). my mouth was on the floor and i told the guys "do NOT wash my car!" so with that said, I took it home dirty hehe, with the plastic still on it.

and for my break in method - I decided to do something a little risky, My break in method is to drive the car like I stole it. Im not sure the "baby it for 1200 miles" really works. I'll keep you guys updated on how much oil I burn to compare with breaking it in hard, versus you guys breaking it in slow and soft according to manual.

-edit-, also wanted to give a BIG THANKS to Lou Fusz for helping me get through the 4 month mess, hehe. I bombarded him with so many questions and concerns of my dealership ripping me off or giving me the run around. If I lived anywhere in the mid states, i'd drive the distance just to give him the business he very much deserves! Thanks!!
