2014 370Z Nismo (Northern NJ)
 

Hello,

2011 Genesis Coupe 3.8 R-Spec owner here... turned 370Z Nismo owner!

After experiencing the worst service from a car dealership (Paramus Nissan) 2 days ago, the GM/dealership owner
stepped up and offered the car to me for invoice. I signed yesterday... and will be picking up the car today!

I've been without a "sports coupe" for a little over a year now, so you can imagine how excited I am. My previous
car was the Genesis Coupe which was also great and reliable. That being said, after test driving the 2014 GC
and the 2014 Nismo, the choice was obvious.

Anyhow... some photos of my Genesis Coupe! I think I've grown out of the "stance" and slamming phase, so the
370Z will be rocking some fat tires.

To make it short, one of the salesmen gave me the impression that he was the GM (poor choice of words) and within 10 seconds of sitting down, had the nerve to start talking profanity and slang. Needless to say I went home (after rejecting the ridiculous $900+/month payment for the Nismo) and put up 1-Star reviews on every review site I could find. The next day, before heading to another dealership (who had the car), I had to go back to Paramus Nissan to pick up my title (Honda Pilot, trade in; I had left it at the dealership). The dealership owner, general sales manager, etc. walked up to me and begged me to sign at invoice + remove the reviews... so I did! :)

That's too bad that the experience was terrible, but at least you got a great vehicle out of the ordeal!

On the upside, I know where to go when my friends (2 of them) want to pick up their Z's. :P I'm slowly converting my old Genesis Coupe crew... haha.

Hey, where having a ZQ (BBQ) next Saturday you should come by, I'm new to this as well but there are other people that have more experience that you can always talk to ...the thread for the ZQ is located in the north east section
