Hi everyone!
New 370Z owner here! Both my daughters are finally driving, so no more 4-seater for this mom! I’m a long-time Nissan girl, though; my two previous cars were Infiniti: ’06 G35 Sedan w/Premium & Sport, Caribbean Blue ’09 G37 Coupe Journey, Blue Slate I was thinking about ordering a new Q60 coupe when I stumbled upon a 2012 Black Cherry Z, 9K miles and couldn’t pass it up. Only two rounds of negotiation to get to the price I wanted, a full $3K under NADA. Cried a little letting my beloved G37 go but giggled all the way home in my new Z. It really felt like home; shades of my G coupe, but quicker, more nimble, just a little more raw. LOVE IT! First items to attack are tint (hey, I’m in AZ and it was 75 and sunny yesterday) and the God-awful atrocity that is the base audio “system”. Good grief – I’m not that picky about car audio and it makes my middle-aged ears bleed. I can deal with the bells and whistles that I lost going from a loaded G37 to a base Z (leather, nav, etc) but that stereo thing has got to go. I'll do new wheels too, but tint and audio come first. |
