To be honest my s2k handled better and clutch was better but other than that the Z is a hell of a lot better much more bells and whistle head turner much more power which is what I care about and the sound !! Wow the sound is just a lot more aggressive than my 4banger. But boy I do still miss my s2k and it was a ap2 with headers exhaust and intake

Congrats I had the s2k when it first came worse car purchase ever I had the car serviced 4 times for the 1 & 2nd gear grind recalls...I would never buy a Honda again..well the exception of the nsx.
