might be small scratches or very tiny holes from when previous owner tried to remove the 370z emblem.

Looks pretty bad in that spot. Tough that it's an out of state dealer as well. Good luck getting them to pay... =\

Hmm. I'd complain, but good luck getting them to do anything about it if the title is signed over... sorry, man :(

If they won't do anything, which is kind of what I expect, I'd see about getting a new factory emblem and maybe doing a little clean-up on your own with some fresh touch-up paint.
