Go to an car audio shop, they can rehook it up. It may require you to buy an aftermarket part so you can program your buttons to work with the radio but they can do it.

I had this done to my honda element when i put in a navigation. My steering controls didnt work and went to a shop to had it rewired and programmed to the new radio.
