Also the previous owner installed a boss touch screen radio.
And now my steering wheel controls for the radio do not work.
Anyone have a solution to this?

Go to an car audio shop, they can rehook it up. It may require you to buy an aftermarket part so you can program your buttons to work with the radio but they can do it.

I had this done to my honda element when i put in a navigation. My steering controls didnt work and went to a shop to had it rewired and programmed to the new radio.

Ugh..seen the damage on your 350z and had a flashback of my old 350z. I had it for 27 days and it got hit by a semi tire at 70mph and destroyed the passenger side of the car. Enjoy it and watch out for the stalkers...cough...cough..DEpointfive0... :roflpuke2:

Very hard! Some A$$hole was texting and driving, hits us going 45mph! I had a concussion but im fine. Thanks though :) even though my Z is totaled :(

Same thing happend with me. Girl my age had to have been texting, she didnt hit the brake until she was 10' from my car. She was doing about 35.
Atleast they totaled your car and not trying to peice it back together.

Yeah I was thankful. I didn't want to drive around a wrecked Z. It would have never drove the same either.

I got my first z for $15600 when i was 17. It was paid off the day i got it. I sold my 02 mustang for 4k and had a collage acct that my grandparents left me with almost 25k.
Luckly i have scholarships and have barely needed to touch that acct besides a random 12k to pay for the rest of the 350..

So my boyfriend and I took the z out to the track on Friday njght.
My best time was an 8.8, his best was an 8.48. Note this is an 1/8th mile

Couldnt get any traction no matter what we did.
I noticed the oil temp reached 220 after numerous runs.
Is that to hot?

220 is fine, 230+ it really starts pulling timing and it feels weak.

220 is not at all unusual, especially when driving hard (or during hot, South Arkansas Summers). If it bothers you, try turning on the A/C - this kicks the radiator fans to high.

Thank god you two are okay! Whats crazy is even with that damage the car still looks sexy as hell!
