New Z Owner

Hello,

Just wanted to introduce myself.

I'm now a proud owner of a '12 370Z.

Its a Black 2012 370Z Touring, w/ MT, Sport Package and 15k miles

I already have my first noob z question...

Is it normal for there to be noise when the clutch is engaged (pedal not pressed) during idle? It goes away as soon as you press the clutch.

Normal? or do I already have something to worry about?

BTW, I'm searching the forums on it right now, just thought I'd throw that question in this post too.

Thanks,
Adam

Hey Adam!
Welcome!!!

You have to post pics of your car and what you're currently wearing!
Lol

As for the clutch, not a damn clue, someone will chime in I'm sure

Enjoy your stay on the forum, and go to some local meets

Are you hoping for a show?:ugh2:

Welcome OP:tiphat:

A for your question is it engine idle that gets louder or are you maybe talking about the transmission noise that is apparent when shifting at low speed, such as in a parking lot.

You know how teachers at school always told you "if you have a question, chances are someone else probably has the same question"?

Well I guess my question is "what are you wearing?":bowrofl:

More pics to come, of the car and what I'm wearing...;)

What I would like do to it in the future....

-Wheel spacers (Stock wheels, looking @ swift springs, recommended spacers?)

-CAI (is there one that requires NO cutting/etc. for install?)

-Swift lowering springs

-Tint

-Body color door handles

That's all it could use in my opinion...a great car as is:tup:

Thanks for the warm welcome!
